Determining Building Footprint

There is no certain archaeological evidence from which to reconstruct the monument. The only remaining archaeological evidence attributed to the monument is a round footing in the Augustan Rostra which seems to be in the correct position and of the correct size. There is also a fragment near the site labeled as the Milliarium but it is in doubt.
