Deinde aliquanto post P. Cornelius Nasica censor ex aqua fecit horarium, quod et ipsum ex consuetundine noscendi a sole horas solarium coeptum vocari.
Then somewhat later P. Cornelius Nasica, the censor, made a water clock which also itself began to be called a "sundial," from the custom of knowing the hours from the sun.
