Ambrosius Theodosius Macrobius

Ubi horae decem sunt, iubent puerum vocari ut comitium eat percontatum quid in foro gestum sit, qui suaserint, qui dissuaserint, quot tribus iusserint, quot vetuerint. Inde ad comitium vadunt ne litem suam faciant.

When it is the tenth hour, they order a slave to be summoned to go to the comitium to ask what was done in the forum, who was arguing for something, who was opposing it, how many tribes ratified it, how many vetoed it. Then they go to the comitium in order not to appear on the day appointed.
